Workout Protocols

  1. Mobility workout every morning, right after you open your eyes.
  2. Stretching workout every night, right before you go to bed.
  3. Train for strength and skills every week, preferably 2-3 times.
  4. Run every week, for at least 10 minutes
  5. Move a lot during the day.

Nutrition Protocols (RAD DIET)

  1. Reduce the amount of sugar intake.
  2. Add protein and vegetables.
  3. Don't use food as your coping mechanism.

Sleep Protocols

  1. Stick to the same sleep schedule.
