Workout Protocols
- Mobility workout every morning, right after you open your eyes.
- Stretching workout every night, right before you go to bed.
- Train for strength and skills every week, preferably 2-3 times.
- Run every week, for at least 10 minutes
- Move a lot during the day.
Nutrition Protocols (RAD DIET)
- Reduce the amount of sugar intake.
- Add protein and vegetables.
- Don't use food as your coping mechanism.
